The game now features a menu.

• you can open the menu
• you can close the menu (!)
• you can roll credits to see who did this
• it's now possible to exit the game without pressing Alt+F4
• you can now turn the Collectibles on or off
• you can now set the game's speed in case the game's movement is too challenging... or not challenging enough
